Safe & Easy Check-in
Covid Safety Measures
Our students' safety is our number one priority and we want you to feel safe, comfortable and empowered to thrive in our environment. We engaged the Industrious location for Learning Pods because of their four pillars for health and safety.
Trust & Transparency:
Open communication through informed decisions and information sharing. Students sign the Community Safety Pledge designed to create community buy-in and promote compliance.
State of the art screening for all students, faculty and visitors upon entrance to reduce the chances of transmission.
The space is structured to make physical distancing easy to follow and minimally disruptive. Directional signage and walking paths are placed throughout the space to reduce incidental face-to-face interactions by creating a one-flow of traffic. Furniture is reconfigured to help students stay six feet apart throughout their sessions. We've reduced capacity by removing chairs and installed visual cues that indicate where chairs should be placed.
Contact & Cleaning:
• The number of surfaces required to touch have been minimized.
• Regular sanitization of those areas that are harder to avoid and/or high traffic surface areas.
• Touch-free hand sanitization throughout the space.
• Communication visuals to reinforce hygienic best practices and distancing guidelines.
• Face masks required in communal spaces.
• No large in-person gatherings or member events.
• All food items are individually wrapped or pre-packaged snacks. Single-use plates, cups, cutlery and condiments are provided.
• Fresh airflow has been increased to minimize airborne transmissions by adjusting the filters in the HVAC and running them for additional hours.
